NASF Seeks Communications Director

The National Association of State Foresters seeks a full time Communications Director to perform a variety of communications functions.

Job duties include: website posting, publication development, media interactions, outreach to various audiences, development and implementation of educational materials, work on national campaigns, NASF committee support, support and logistics on the Annual Meeting and more.

Qualifications: 3-5 years experience in a communication role and Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, marketing, or related field required. Excellent written and verbal communications skills. Experience managing vendors and working in both traditional and social media environments. Demonstrated ability to meet multiple deadlines, prioritize projects, and manage websites. Knowledge of graphic design tools preferred. Experience in event planning and marketing is a plus.
